This interactive pre-conference will walk you through core elements of Asset-Based Community Development for building stronger ministries that address issues of equity and inclusion within our communities. We will also explore how we utilize these skills and our ministry connections to respond to disproportionately impacted communities after a disaster. Doing good sustainable ministry involves responding to the needs of our community by utilizing the giftedness of our communities. This workshop will help us to look at our community through God's glasses and assess how we can join with what God is already up to in our neighborhoods.
