Filling up the Volunteer's Cup
Everyone needs people to serve in their ministries. How do you find them, and once you find them, what do you do with them? This workshop will focus on ways to find the right people to serve, not just the warm bodies, how to help them see the vision for the ministry, and how to help them grow and feel successful in their roles. Practical and inexpensive ways to find, train and retain volunteers will be presented. This information, while coming from a congregational kids ministry, is applicable to any ministry setting.
