In this workshop you’ll discover smart, usable approaches to shaping formational/educational planning and materials for use in your ministry setting without rolling over your already demanding schedule. We will cycle through adult learning theory and spin approaches to shape discipleship and educational occasions that are not flat.

Jane Gober is the new rector of Christ Church, Ridley Park, Pennsylvania. She is no stranger to ministry, having served over 20 years in lifelong formation all across the not-Eastern USA. Passionate about nurturing discipleship, resourcefulness, and creativity: she rarely follows anyone's recipe!
