Mentorship as Ministry
We are all called to serve each other in our daily lives and relationships. Mentor relationships allow us to pass on valuable knowledge, develop trust, provide a network for support, and give a platform for growing our Christian family. Mentor relationships can (and should) develop across a wide range of ministries, generations, and even congregations or dioceses. During this workshop we will walk through these and other successful real-world mentorship relationships within a wide variety of ministry settings and look at the ways in which we can evangelize through the sharing of knowledge and skills, mutual relationship building, and expanding our Church’s reach and impact. Learn actionable steps for congregations and/or individuals to begin implementing mentorship as a form of ministry.
